Registration Rates
Registration includes two breakfasts, two luncheons, and a reception.

NCSSS contracts with the hotel to receive a special rate based on minimum bookings, therefore attendees are encouraged to book at our conference hotel. However, our conference hotel is full for the 2024 Professional Conference! If you still need to book a hotel, contact kerry.kerr@ncsss.org.
- Member registrants are part of a current NCSSS member organization - you must log-in to your online account to receive the member rate.
- You will need to be registered in the database site already. If you are not, you can request the Primary Administrator at your organization or an NCSSS staff member to add you. Alternatively, a member from your organization with an online account can register you as their guest through their log- in.
- Members may register additional members from their organization as guests. These guests may be "with an online account" meaning they have registered with our database and you can search for them and their information will be pre-populated. Or they may be guests with "no online account" and you will need to enter their information.
- Non-Members are NOT a part of a current member organization. You can continue with registration without logging in and register additional non-members from your organization (guests).
- If 4 or more people are attending from your organization, you may use the Member (+4) or Non-Member (+4) categories for a reduced rate.
- If registering for multiple attendees, please fill in all information for each. If this information is not available, fill in as Guest #1, Guest #2, or in a way that satisfies the fields and an administrator can update the information at a later date.
- Your registration is finished when you hit the "Complete Registration" button. You will then have the option to pay on the next screen or you can return to payment later via a link sent in the confirmation email.
- Please note: Registrants cannot return to complete a started registration. Gather all necessary information ahead of time so you don't have to start over. If you need to go back a page, use the Registration Page's back button instead of the browser back button. The browser back button will cause an error with registration.
- Two optional School Tours (each visiting two sites) will be offered at the same time Friday. There is an additional $15 transportation fee for either of the School Tours.

Registration payments are due prior to the conference start date of November 6th, 2024. If different arrangements need to be made, then these need to be done by October 1st, 2024.
Cancellation Policy:
100% refund until September 13th, 2024.
50% refund until October 11th, 2024.
No refunds after October 11th, 2024.
